Situ\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019Alsace, au pied du Ch\u00e2teau du Haut-Koenigsbourg, le domaine se r\u00e9partit sur plusieurs communes dans un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de 2 kilom\u00e8tres, sur une surface d\u2019environ 32 ha. Les sols sont argilo-calcaires et granitiques. L\u2019\u00e2ge moyen des vignes est de 30 ans.<\/p>\n

Cependant, anim\u00e9e par une passion d\u00e9vorante pour le vin, elle a entrepris une reconversion professionnelle audacieuse pour devenir une d\u00e9gustatrice \u00e9m\u00e9rite, reconnue par l’interprofession des vins d’Alsace. Arm\u00e9e d’un Bachelor en communication digitale et du prestigieux dipl\u00f4me WSET niveau 3, o\u00f9 elle a brillamment obtenu la mention major, elle s’est investie corps et \u00e2me dans l’exploration et la compr\u00e9hension des subtilit\u00e9s du vin. NOTRE DOMAINE Tradition et histoire Chez les Meyer, depuis plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, on travaille la vigne \u00e0 Saint-Hippolyte. Situ\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019Alsace, au pied du Ch\u00e2teau du Haut-Koenigsbourg, le domaine se r\u00e9partit sur plusieurs communes dans un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de 2 kilom\u00e8tres, sur une surface d\u2019environ 32 ha. Les sols sont argilo-calcaires et granitiques. L\u2019\u00e2ge moyen des vignes est de 30 ans. Nous produisons la totalit\u00e9 des c\u00e9pages des AOC du vignoble alsacien.
