The wine has a golden yellow color.
It has a nice shine and seems almost sparkling.
NOSE
It has a sustained aromatic intensity,
there is a synthesis of fruity, floral and mineral notes
of wet stone. One recognizes very quickly the notes
of citrus zest such as kumquat, while the floral side floral side
brings out fleeting white flower aromas
such as hawthorn.
palate
It is straight and shows great subtlety. Its attack
attack then takes the mouth on the width. This wine presents
a very nice depth and complex aromas
where we find those of the nose as well as honeyed notes.
On the finish, a very slight hint of "beautiful bitterness"
is useful for the overall balance and represents
with character the mark of its granitic terroir.
