Ruby color with purple reflections,
its dress is brilliant. It has a good viscosity
abundant and regular tears.
NOSE
Very aromatic, the nose is initially dominated
by aromas of black fruits like blackcurrant, blueberry
black cherries and blackberries. Then we find notes
of sweet spices such as cinnamon, vanilla
and roasted aromas.
palate
The attack is round and smooth and an impression
of velvet dominates. We find the aromas
already identified in the nose and those of the blackberry
prevail. Endowed with soft and silky tannins.
Fine and elegant, it has a very long aromatic persistence.
En finale on a des notes mentholées, d’eucalyptus
et de fruits confiturés. Ce vin est d’une grande complexité.
