The wine has a deep golden yellow color,
It offers a very nice depth, brightness and clarity.
Its foam is persistent and compact.
Its bubbles are fine and homogeneous in size and are released with regularity by forming chimneys.
NOSE
It shows from the beginning, a great intensity
and a beautiful aromatic maturity.
We find notes of brioche bread and hazelnut butter.
We then distinguish the so-called tertiary aromas which come from the evolution like fig.
palate
The attack is frank and lively and gives way to a mature wine which has reached its fullness. The rise of the wine’s temperature in the mouth provokes the aromatic explosion and the perception the density of the wine. The mouth is thirst-quenching. The bubble has acquired a caressing side that contributes to the balance of the whole.
The finish is long and the perfumes on the palate take up the olfactory impressions.
